Today, I've received a well packed envelope. The bulge only tells me one thing. Ahhh....another light for moi. Could it be the Lenser LED amongst other AAA lights I've ordered? So with a childish glee, I ripped the envelope open and tenderly removed the protective wrapping.
As I gingerly slide the light out of its cocoon, the light feels hefty for a AAA. Ho ho, a bead blasted titanium AAA???! And it feels at home with his little bro, Mako. ![]() ![]() A forward clicky, good good, and on closer inspection of the business end shows a tiny aspherical lens, I find this intriguing, half expecting to see the projection of a LED onto the wall. ![]() Here's a beam comparison with Mako. No LED projection, but it's pretty bright for an AAA and against, well, Mako. ![]() The threads are very well made, crisp and clean. Which you might be suspecting something by now... ![]() Nope, it's not titanium. ![]() I almost had it myself when I saw the finishing and weight of this Lenser LED/BMW light. ![]() ![]() We got this for $12 here. ![]() |
